Its always good to hear about bigger projects where denominations are working together for the common good.
Frome Friends of Palestine, are organising a talk about the Ecumenical Accompaniers Programme in Israel/Palestine. Sr Josephine ( who many in Frome will know as the former head of St Louis' School ) has been in the Middle East observing interactions between the Israeli army and civilians for this programme, and she is coming to St Catharine's Hall this coming Friday ( 9th October ) to talk about this work.
The programme she was involved in is organised by the Society of Friends ( Quakers ) and is a genuinely ecumenical enterprise.
